Dear Rose My name is Helaine, and I have been a resident of 465 long beach for many years. I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for our building super ilir who recently addressed and assisted to a plumbing project in my bathroom and the whole process took 2-days with few people involved as well and all was done perfect and clean. Also for the many improvements that have been made to the building over the past several years, and most recently I have seen consistent upgrades and positive changes that have greatly improved the quality, safety, and overall appearance of the property. The building feels better maintained, more organized, and more comfortable for residents. These improvements have not gone unnoticed. Me and my husband just moved in few months ago and wanted to share our experience here , because is a great difference of environment and staff from where we use to live in another building in LB. We had a small issue with the bugs but resolved from the staff and exterminator for a couple of weeks, which was not a good move experience at first. Overall the building is really mint and we'll maintained by this guy ilir the super , which is always very kind & helpful no wonder everyone loves him.I had a leaky kitchen faucet and ilir the super fixed it within the hour. The service provided is top noch , bc is quickly addressed on the first moment you put a request.

Beware this entire building is infested with german roaches. I lived there for about 2 months dealing with this disgusting traumatizing issue until Ann Croke finally admitted they lied to me and let me out of my lease with my security deposit. Prior to moving in I had asked multiple times about bug/pest issues and was reassured there were no issues. Day 3 I began seeing roaches in my unit, 5G. Separately, the day before I moved out there was a leak where gallons of water were coming from the unit above. When I asked the super what was happening, I was told the man living above me “left the sink running” which was a complete lie and made absolutely no sense for the amount of water damage that occurred in a very short period of time. I give this place zero stars! Ever since is was taken over by Rose Mgmt the place has gone down hill. The building manager Ann is a nightmare. If she doesn’t like you she will make your life hell. There’s a reason why no one stays longer than a year. Stay away from this place!
