Had a pretty disappointing experience in applying to rent an apartment they’re listing. Two weeks after applying and being accepted, signing the lease, making the deposits and paying the realtor fee, I was told I was no longer accepted. I’d already begun packing my house. I’m not sure why they’d tell me I was accepted, send me a lease for signature, and accept $6,000+ for a deposit, if I was still only being considered. Super disappointed as I had already begun packing and making arrangements to move. I guess just make sure your deal is final final before you start packing. In response to your 11/15 reply - I dropped off paperwork at your office. It wasn’t anyone fraudulently using your name. Just a difficult client I’m guessing, but still a huge inconvenience and waste of my time and eff

Agent never showed at agreed upon times. Told me to just walk in to a multi unit building (unsafe) and someone would meet me. Requested multiple credit checks, all of which cost money. I don’t know who wrote the other reviews but these people are scammers, if they even are actual people. 👎🏼👎🏼

I worked with Michael Egbert who was fantastic. He was responsive to any questions and update requests via texts/calls, handled everything in a professional manor, and of the five or six real estate brokers I've dealt with in the past, is by far the best. I'd highly recommend Mike if you're looking for a nice place in Long Beach.
