She would respond immediately when I had an inquiry about a property, and also offered frequent suggestions of apartments that fit my criteria. When it was finally time to show me an apartment, Tamta made special arrangements to fit me into her schedule because I had strict time constraints. She showed me 3 apartments in one morning very efficiently, and had all of the answers to any questions I had. Tamta is hands down the best realtor I ever worked with. The fact is that I’m disabled with a traumatic brain injury. Finding a new place to live did not, at first, appear good. But, Tamta promised me she would find me a nice, new, home. After two weeks, she lived up to that promise. Today, I am excited to move into my new place. I even like the landlord a lot as well. I will say that putting my future living in Tamta’s hands was, without question, the best and smartest decision I could have made. Tamta understood my situation and took it upon herself to get me from viewing a place to lease signing. I’m very grateful to have worked with her.
