Platteview Apartments

All the nagative reviews of this apt on here are all false ! I Love this apartment complex ! Sam was the Best manager!! He is Dearly Missed ! Past renters that did not obey the rules and so they Blamed Sam the manager and maitness man for them being kicked out! I have never had any bad situations with manager or maitness they have treated me with respect and were very friendly ! Sam kept this apartment complex up keep and outside yard care in Top Shape..He can never be replaced

Bad place manager is very rude and so is maintenance man is very rude and they're not helpful at all. I was evicted because of my family being there during the day time. This was a awful experience in His housing and I have lived in them before and I didn't have any problems!!

Bad bad place to be at really bad management maintenance worker likes to herrass people also has management under his finger he likes to call cops on people do not look poor because that really don't like poor I have nothing good to say about this place I thought north Platte had nice people until I came to these apartments

PLATTEVIEW APARTMENTS IS THE WORST PLACE TO RENT FROM SAM THE MANAGER IS THE WORST PERSON TO TRY TO TALK TO ABOUT ANYTHING AND DONNIE IS ANOTHER BAD PERSON TO DEAL WITH AND THE HARASS THE TENANTS

Apartment 211 in building A has the best drugs just knock and they'll hook you up.
