Pacific Place Apartments

My wife and I have lived here for three years and can honestly say it’s the best place we have lived so far. Not only is the property manager very helpful and quick responding, but is also very understanding. As well as it’s one of the very few places that allows pets. The people who keep the building up to the cleaning standards also are amazing. They keep it very clean and show how much they care for their jobs. The outside of the building is always kept to the best possible standards. The lawn always looks great and is very well maintained. The neighbors are also very respectful and kind to each other. From the second you move in to your apartment it truly does not seem as if it is apart of an apartment complex, it seems like a little home. The only time we would see it as an apartment

Good management, timely responses to requests, pet friendly. Follow your lease agreement + pay rent on time and you will have minimal issues. Pictures and info on website not up-to-date, units have upgraded flooring and appliances. Any issues with the unit tend to be minor and quickly adressed by management. Would recommend adding a garage to your lease, as kids tend to roam this area at night to cause trouble. Non-student and non-income restricted pricing available.

Very nice and affordable apartments! Management is very professional and accommodates to its tenants needs in a timely manner. Haven’t been here long, but in the amount of time spent, I am greatly impressed. Other tenants are very mindful of each other, so the apartments is very quite and people keep to themselves.

This was my first apartment, and all I can say are good things. The neighbors are so quiet, the landlord is so kind and helpful, and the whole place is so clean. I was thoroughly impressed!

Renewing lease for another year. Getting too expensive. Washers unavailable since Christmas. Friendly neighbors. Quiet building.
