The manger there is really rude the only one who wasn't rude is Shelby n they said pets are welcome but she will tell u u have to find a new home for your pets I have a esa cat n 3 guinea pigs she wanted me to find them a new home n Im not letting that happen will never go there again they have lost me from renting from them how about this change it to no pets welcome she is very disrespectful don't trust them
One of the best decisions I have ever made was moving to Victory Village! I was a bit apprehensive about apartment living but my experience has definitely been a great one. Deavon, the property manager, has always been very helpful & friendly. A clean, quiet area to feel secure in. And the pool is an added plus!
Deavon is an amazing property manager! I am so happy with choosing Victory Village on Lakeview when I moved to North Platte a year ago. The community is very clean and quiet.

Good place to live. The amenities are great for everyone to enjoy. Clean,friendly,and quiet. Good neighbors so far. Only thing I would suggest for the company is to build a community storm shelter of some kind.
