South Platte Terrace Apartments

Our move to NP has been nothing short of a disaster. I called Megan one day because our current location had fallen through and she got us in ASAP. They also called us first when something bigger came available and I could not be more grateful for that. Our stay, so far, has been pleasant.

I had to completely start over about two months ago and I had no idea where to go. I’ve lived at South Platte Terrace Apartments in the past, so I reached out to Brian and Megan. They were very understanding of my situation and were more than willing to help me out with getting into an apartment. I would have been living on the streets had it not been for these two! Brian and Megan are very easy to work with and they will go the extra mile to make sure you have a good place to live! Thank you both so much! I highly recommend South Platte Terrace Apartments!

I've been out shortly here for a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. Brian and Megan have been professional and very understanding. I've had no problems with my apartment and very transparent with everything. Of course it would be nice to have a good recreational center in the apartment complex or basketball hoop whatever is manageable. Thanks you for allowing this transplant from Colorado to stay with you and I look to another year.

i had a wonderful experience living here as a fresh start for learning how to rent and manage bills. the office is super helpful when you’re moving and getting things ready. maintenance has always been super helpful when getting tasks done, my only complaint is people not picking up their dogs fecal matter, leaving it in the yard for people to step on and bring into the buildings. but that’s only an issue owners can fix! highly recommend living here if you’re new to renting or need a quiet, remote, comfortable and affordable apartment.

Terrible maintenance, lived there for a year and they never got stuff fixed. They took my down deposit and never gave it back after I moved out.
