The maintenance team is efficient, responsive, and resolves issues quickly, which makes a huge difference. It’s clear that they genuinely care about the residents and take pride in the community. I highly recommend Platform Apartments to anyone looking for a well-managed and welcoming place to call home.

I had one of the worst rental experiences here. The apartment I moved into was dirty and infested with roaches from day one. It was obvious that no proper cleaning or inspection was done before move-in. When I contacted management about pest control, they told me they couldn’t send anyone for three days, leaving me with nowhere to stay in the meantime. Completely unacceptable. The management lady was extremely rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. Instead of taking responsibility for the poor condition of the unit, she did everything she could to avoid giving me my full refund. Trying her hardest not to give back my refund. Her attitude was unprofessional and disrespectful, and it’s clear that she doesn’t care about tenants — only about keeping their money. I still didn’t get

Rented a space here for my Aunt you was in transition to her new home. Very nice and new. Best bang for the buck in Dublin. Management was good to work with for my shorter term lease.

Apartments have been great so far. Anytime we have issues, the management immediately provides a solution! The complex is extremely safe and we’ll kept. All the utilities are included, and laundry on site!
