Quite! Laundry facility $1.25 washing and drying. Kids playground. The grounds are kept clean.
Great job! Very considerate and caring with the respect, and regards. Eugene is a great asset to this family company. Helped me out when all was said and done, too!
Dogs own the place. They think it's their playground. I've been bitten twice. Management no help at all.
Good and affordable place to live. Maintenance is slow and 9/10 never gets around to fixing what you ask. Management changes hands like I change my socks.
Used to live here loved it never had any real problems besides crazy neighbors. Wish less crazy people lived there though. Playground sucked, pretty trees around and wild life
