Place at Midway

I made an EMERGENCY request due to the fact that my heat went off on the coldest weekend of winter and the temperatures were single digit. I spoke to maintenance at 4:07 pm on Saturday and was told I would receive a call right back and never heard anything from them again. I then placed 4 to 5 more EMERGENCY calls and got no answer. No one came until Monday morning. It was the worst experience. I had to light the fireplace and cancel my weekend with my child because it was to cold to have him over and my electricity bill doubled because it was working overtime when it finally did come on to get my place to a normal temp.

The staff in the leasing office has been very nice and helpful. Area is quiet but I must say my neighbors are LOUD, they walk loud, talk loud. Stomp, run etc ..sometimes I think it’s in my apartment it’s so loud. It’s very distracting and can be hard to relax. That is the only negative about this place. Not sure how much more I can take of it. Other than this it’s cool.

disappointed my first place not what I expected, i moved in saturday November 2, 2024 I requested service multiple times apartment is nice but dryer doesn’t work, dripping water faucet, dishwasher is disgusting, cabinets and counter tops peeling wood and when asked for replacement or repair I was told they could not do it Instead they just painted on it which does not change the fact the wood is peeling. Overall very disappointed and after my 12 month lease me and my two year old son will be leaving. Oh I cannot leave out that maintenance never finishes what they are supposed to be fixing it’s always “we will back” and days just go by

So I have enjoyed being here, but there have been a few complaints and unnecessary things that should not be for example management. Julie has been a sweetheart. She will listen to you but when it comes to getting things done on this property, she ignores what’s important and that is the residents of this community. You can suggest all day and nothing is ever done. Then she doesn’t have enough help in the office. Refuses to hire the additional help trying to save the company money, which is a problem because she is only one person.. She needs more help in the office. Then there is Summer you can’t suggest to Summer, but her interest is her cell phone. She does try but letting the phones ring and no answering them is crazy. You have to show up just o talk to someone because no one will answ
