Horrible realtors. I lived in their apartment for upwards of 2 years, and not until 3 months before I moved out they FINALLY fixed the leaking bathtub because the pipe busted and flooded our kitchen. I reported this problem at least 15 times and threatened to not pay my rent until the fixed it and still did nothing. They're disrespectful to say the least. Complete slum lords. I refuse to leave them any kind of good recommendation! Worst renting experience EVER!!!

They denied 2 very good tenants today when she called to say she "found a better applicant" Very unprofessional. I should've never applied and paid 90 for the fee in the first place when they was asking us to paint and hang blinds if we was approved.

We've been renting from pit stick for almost 4 years walls are falling apart they refuse to fix anything our hot water heater went out and instead of replacing the coil they turned the water up we had a contractor come inspect and found out water is suppose to not be over 125 but oura is 160 degrees! the mold we've told them about several times in the bathroom and my sons closet is BLACK MOLD my son has asthma and.our walls are not dry wall but plastic panialing DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SLUM LORDS we've had to pay for their mess ups and they have the nerve to.up.the rent constantly.

Place is horrible to rent from, our heat when out in the dead of winter and it didn’t get fixed for two days and the house dropped to 50 degrees in the dead of winter. Secondly if you do rent for them make sure EVERYONES name is on the money order because i tried getting a new apartment and they refused to fill out the papers because they said since my name was on the money order they have no proof i live there or payed rent even though i was on the lease and gave my roomates cash every month. Lastly if you are a young adult do not rent from here, they play games and treat you awful if you are a young adult and play games with you when things need done.

Horrible to rent from. They refuse to fix things and harass you when you expect them to do what a landlord is supposed to do. Completely unreasonable to have to complain about the same issues multiple times.
