Ashton Meadows

All in all, I thoroughly enjoy living here. The only issue I have is the fact that the people on either side of me have multiple vehicles and Insiston parking in the spaces directly in front of my apartment. I often get home after 8 PM, and have to go searching for a parking space. The other issue is after the recent big snowfall. I dug out my parking space and somebody with a great big white pick up truck insisted on parking there. His truck would’ve been able to plow over anything snow wise. Where as my car repeatedly got stuck.

I went to see what 2 bedroom apartments they had open. When I walk in the office staff was super welcoming and willing to help. The girl showed me both apartments they had to offer. I was considered at first because of the reviews but it is nothing like the reviews.

Ashton Meadows has been the best places i have stayed. All the reviews about staff being rude is far from true they have been helpful and understanding. If people want to say they are wrong only because they have been doing something that isn’t okay. I will not be leaving Ashton Meadows anytime soon. I could not imagine trying to find a better place to call home.

Lived here several years and have always had issues with mice! This place is constantly disgusting and the only thing “fake” about the reviews are all the 5 stars. Even when bringing up issues with mice I’ve always been told “we don’t set anything inside” by the office staff. Well how am I supposed to set a trap inside the tub drain over flow? Little dude was playing with me with his tail sticking out. Most unhelpful office staff.

I still live here because it's near impossible to find a home for the size we need. This place sucks and the staff is rude. You put in work orders that never get finished. But the front office will find the smallest things to complain about to the tenants. The manager mandi hates children and talks down to the tenants anytime they have an issue. I'll be celebrating the minute I get to move out.
