Stone Crossing Apartments

Edit- two days later and still not fixed. "Maybe tomorrow" It's going to drop to 22 degrees tonight and they said maybe tomorrow. City and housing authorities have already been contacted to start a review of these people. My Mom, 75 years old, has lived there for YEARS. There are a lot of things wrong but right now her furnace stopped working and she was told "oh well, i guess i can give you a small space heater. Someone might be here tomorrow, but we're under new management so idk who to call. Sorry" IT IS FREEZING OUT AND YOU CAN'T FIX A FURNACE?! THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED IMMEDIATELY!!!! Or we will be holding rent until it is fixed

Even in the older buildings everything is well taken care of and maintained in a timely manner. And the pool for residents is just the cherry on the cake. My extended family has lived there for nearly a decade. And I love visiting with them every chance I can!

I don't live at Stone Crossing but at North Park. The management is not up to par at all. Always late coming to office when hours posted say 9-5. They NEVER answer the phone, they are practically always closed, the only upkeep around here is the lawn service. The stairs are rotting, the cover over the stairwell is dropping, the paint is beyond chipping, they just let any and everyone move in. Now that tenants pay for everything what exactly do they do in the office? Nothing but collect rent. This place used to be a pleasure to live in, now I have to give it five thumbs down. Do better. Driving up in top of the line brand new cars makes you wonder is that why tenants are now being charged for everything and no type of upgrading has been done? South end of Springfield is better than this

Everyone at Stone Crossing Apartments is Amazing!!. Nikki, Brittny, Holden and Tanya. You all became a second family to me. I was a tenant of Stone Crossing for 5 Years and I very much enjoyed my place. Very spacious and beautiful. I just recently departed only because of getting job employment a bit of distance away. Other than that it is a great place to call home. If you are moving to Springfield this is the best complex. Quiet neighborhood and great amenties by it. The whole staff will make sure you are a happy tenant and goes the extra mile. Thank you all at Stone Crossing.

If I could give no stars I would, the office hours are supposed to be 9-5, no one is ever actually in the office, you will have to park two buildings down if you live near the back and no parking issues are ever resolved, the trash compactor gets so stuffed that you can’t throw your trash away and they are way overpriced for a 2-3 bedroom apartment in Springfield. The only good thing about this complex is the maintenance men are wonderful and get things done when you need them.
