Northridge Apartments

I’ve lived here for going on 7 years and have been a tenant under 2 different property managers and I have never had a single complaint regarding management or maintenance. Any emergent issue I’ve had has been resolved same day and even minor issues I’ve had in my unit have been addressed within 48 hours. The property manager is so sweet, understanding, and she’s easy to get in contact with when needed. All the maintenance staff is very friendly and quick to help. The neighborhood is fantastic and most of the other tenants are friendly, we won’t be leaving here until we purchase a house of our own.

I have lived at the Northridge apartments going on 10 years. The apartment Manager is always timely with any issues I’ve had. Any maintenance work order has been resolved quickly even if it’s after hours or weekend emergency. I feel they make the residents a priority. As I’ve lived here for a while, they have offered me new carpet and paint and other upgrades to my apartment. It’s a great place to live! Highly recommend

5 stars all around from great property manager who has amazing communication skills. She makes everyone feel welcomed when you come to office. She takes her job to the next level. When searching across the county for my place this property came up fast response time to get me in. The maintenance crews are always working and very helpful in ur times of need no matter what time of the day it is. I am very pleased to be a resident here. Lastly if you’re looking for constant ways of community engagement you came to the right place from Halloween parties to decorating contest for Halloween and Christmas Contents as well as community cookouts during the summer time. This is a good quiet place to call home , and be able to relax .

They did not fix or replace things when we would call and place tickets and once we moved out they are now trying to bully us into paying overpriced and fake repair and cleaning bills they state they paid.. I would never recommend someone stay here the rent is also overpriced for how small it is.. they are now threatening to put us into collections for over 6k worth of cleaning and damages.. we took videos before we left of how it looked and is nothing like they are saying. they are trying to bully us into paying for us to replace stuff that already needed replaced...

The property manager Raelynn was exceptional to work with, all of our maintenance requests were addressed timely, and they genuinely care about making units appropriately move-in ready. We enjoyed our stay here.
