Bottom Line Up Front: I'm not happy with the property management people at this place. The apartment is nice and has tons to offer but the lack of response is leading up to a lack of trust in the team. Note that this issue I had was experienced after my application was approved to sign the lease. My Perception: It's like their metric was to hook-in people to apply and get approved to just ignore them post-approval? Details (Ordered from what didn't work to what worked): Communication: I had been emailing them and calling them for the past 10 days and I hear absolutely nothing from the team. Their automated emails read "response within 48 hours". I've sent 3 emails since Feb 17: 17th, 20th, and 25th.. and ZERO response. They've got some great places there, of that there is no doubt. It's upscale with panache, and can satisfy that desire to cosplay as a posh New Yorker. Here's the thing - they've of course got the grand suites you'd expect to fit that description, but they've also got 1 bedrooms competitively priced with the kind of fare you'd find in the slummy neighborhoods. Yes, you lose about ~150 square feet - the unit I saw was about 551 sq ft- but you make up for it with a washer and dryer inside the suite, all the well appointed details and fixtures within, and then all the amenities of the complex itself. I have lived here for 2 years now. I love the Pinnacle!! I'm a very down to earth person and like to spend time in my apartment relaxing. This complex is very quiet compared to the ones across the street that are party central. And the units are actually pretty big. I have the Rodin layout. I have a view of the pool so I would hear people down below from time to time, but not bad at all. Beautiful views, & love the staff! Jillian and Mike and his crew are awesome. The gates are typically closed and secure with a pass code. Love living here! If you're lucky, nab an apartment with a pool/sunset views.

Great experience from start to finish. Cheyenne was responsive and kind, and Donald and Calvin made the application process quick and easy. Six months in, I’m still very happy at Pinnacle. Highly recommend!

The apartments themselves are nice, but the monthly community utility fees are outrageously high—especially considering the poor upkeep. Trash fees alone range from $40–$50 per unit, yet there’s frequently overflow, and it’s not uncommon to see homeless individuals sleeping in the trash areas. For what residents are paying, security should be much better.
