Heather, the Community Manager at Pinewood Station Apartments, is truly a pleasure to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable, courteous, and always takes the time to answer questions thoroughly and professionally. Her attention to detail and calm approach make the leasing and living experience feel smooth and stress-free. Pinewood Station Apartments are well-maintained, welcoming, and clearly managed with care. You can tell Heather genuinely takes pride in the community, and it shows in both her service and the overall atmosphere of the property. Highly recommend!

I recently visited Pinewood Station and had a great experience. Angela and Breanna were very nice and very happy to answer my questions. Great customer service.Love the renovated units and one thing that stood out is you can fish. Overall it was a wonderful experience touring the property!

I recently came in with a friend for a tour and had the great pleasure of working with Breanna. Learning that she was fairly new made it even better with all the knowledge she had for the floor plans. The community is great and I enjoyed that we can pay for specific parking spots!! I give her a 10 out of 10, I do recommend!!

This place is actually nice. Stopped by to get information only for my daughter but the young lady Angie at the front desk talked me into taking a tour. Looked at a townhouse and she described all the features as we walked and everyone in the neighborhood knows her. If I were renting I would rent because of her. Hopefully .my daughter chooses this place.

At first glance this is a okay place to live until you move in. The lady in the office Angela is the sweetest kindest gem they have. Other than that the place is a living nightmare. Only been here since July and have had nothing but issues with the apartment from my elderly father falling down the hill and seriously hurting himself to the apartment falling apart. Mold little to no hot water dryer and washer not working for weeks at a time to the floor coming up dishwasher leaking sink leaking and the main issue no running water all day and heaven forbid you have to call the after hours line for maintenance help they will not return your call and if they do they don’t want to get up and do the job they are paid to do 6am Jan 20 we woke up to zero water told them while whey were already in t
