West Village Hillsborough

Never received my deposit back after the walkthrough. The nice worker told me the apartment was spotless and I would receive the entire amount. Tabitha ignored my emails and calls for days. A year has passed and still no deposit. These good reviews have to be bots. The long bad review by someone else perfectly describes this slum.

West Village neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Tabitha is a great, knowledgeable property manager with a caring, positive and upbeat personality. We have been here going on 5 years and she is by far the best manager we have had here.

I have lived here for 5 years now. Not long after peak realty took over and started shaping up the place. It has been amazing and Tabitha was and is the best manager the place has ever had. I love it here and just renewed for another year. Neighborhood is great people are friendly and the staff has been awesome.
