Cadence at Cates Creek

We have rented at Cadence at Cates Creek for close to 2 years. We love the apartment. A roomy one bedroom, with lots of storage space, especially in the oversized walk-in bedroom closet. The amenities, like the pool and gym, are excellent and well maintained, as is the entire property. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Maintenance issue are generally handled the same day. Highly recommend!

At Cadence Creek apartments the maintenance staff is always prompt and friendly. Problems are resolved either on the day or within one to two days. The leasing office staff tries very hard to listen to requests and help residents feel comfortable and happy. The apartments have beautiful amenities. Stainless steel and hardwood floors are beautiful.

I have lived here for 5-6 years and plan to stay as long as the rent remains in my price range. The maintenance and front desk staff are great, complex is very quiet and neighbors are friendly. They have started sponsoring community events such as weekly food trucks. I have virtually no complaints. Happy to be a resident!

I lived here for 3 years. First in a 1 bedroom and then transferred to a 2 bedroom. Everything that I have endured here was seamless and punctual. If I had a maintenance issue, it was handled if not same day, the next day. Management has always been incredible and felt like they were on your side and kept your best interest at heart. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Ardmore Cates Creek deserves kudos for being the perfect apartment home. The staff - Ashley, Robyn, Eddie and Jay - are always courteous and polite to everyone. The tenets are their first priority and they do everything they can to make us feel welcome and respected. After living in our home for 35 years, moving to an apartment was a big adjustment. But after 6 months, it was the smartest move we could have made. My husband and I visited around 9 apartment complexes in Durham and Cates Creek was by far the superior choice. If you are looking for a "home", this is the place to be. Area is becoming more beautiful every day as the complex is being completed. And, management is top notch in my opinion.
