Pinewood Place Apartments

I absolutely love Pinewood Place Apartments and am proud to call it home. Charlene is always very nice and helpful. And Dan and Greg are both always going above and beyond to keep this place perfect. Thank you for all your hard work here.

No parking in middle building. People live here with other people, not on lease. Get assistance on housing and take all parking, also not to mention that main problem is guest visiting and taking spots that are for tenants

IMHO, if you're more concerned about researching the name from a review to see if it's from a cutrent tenant, you obviously have your priorities geared in the wrong direction. Does a review automatically become a 'false' review' if you research a name and you 'have no tenants by the name of....' What if you're visiting a tenant and decide to review based on observations you've made while visiting? Does this qualify as a 'FAKE REVIEW'? I think y'all know that you have issues and are focusing your energy in the wrong place by calling out what you consider 'fake reviews'. Whether you are apartment shopping or visiting a tenant, it's evident that you are not up to standard as you may have been 6 years ago when all your other 4-5 star reviews are from. Going on my second year here at Pinewood place apartments and I will admit that it has been the best choice I made since moving to Missouri. I have nothing but great service from maintenance and the leasing office. I love the fact that my children’s school is up the street and that I can walk to the convenient store if I needed too. It’s so convenient here and that’s a plus! They have made me feel very welcomed and I’m happy to be apart of the Pinewood family!
