I have been living here going on 2 years and have had a great all-around experience, I definitely plan on staying. Bonnie and Judy are wonderful and caring as is maintenance and all of my neighbors. I truly couldn't ask to be a part of a better more affordable community of down-to-earth folk. As far as applying for an apartment, there's no waiting list, so you have to call frequently to check for an opening (it's fist come first serve). But I promise you it's well worth the wait and persistence. I'm sure glad I did!

Wonderful community and ownership, maintenance crew are the absolute best, shoutout to whoever fixes the laundry machines too.

Judy is the best. She bends over backward to help people in need. She loves what she does. She works long hours, goes above and beyond to help people find housing, food and what ever she can do to help people get back on their feet.

Very Affordable...The community is kept clean...Love how the community officers engage with the children when putting on movie nights. Management/Maintenance are AWESOME..Great Place to live...It feels like home..

Wonderful place to live, wonderful people working there. I've never been mistreated and people are down to earth. Safe place to live with children.
