Pine Valley Ranch Phase 2

I spent two years in the Pine Valley Ranch apartments. I was in phase two off of 32nd Ave. The complex was a great mixture of everything I was looking for in an apartment home. Mia and the rest of the staff was attentive to my requests and any maintenance issues that arose (of which there was very few). They were friendly and helpful, and had several member parties throughout the year for interested renters. The apartment itself was very clean, had wonderful views of the property, and mine had a wonderful wrap-around deck on the third floor. All the appliances worked great and were a nice, matching stainless steel. Well marked buildings, easy to navigate.

Very nice apartments. Parking could be a challenge, but usually very quiet. Nice semi-wooded area to walk with dogs or friends with some benches provided. Grounds we'll kept & really nice dog park on site.

Super nice and clean! Best appliances I've ever had in a rental apartment
