Pine Ridge Estates

This review is strictly for the owners. This complex used to be beautiful on the outside, recently taken dog park out as well as dog waste bins which some tenants are throwing waste on ground, and community garden was removed, has not replaced or managed park that is un safe and falling apart. Past few months tenants have been told we are not allowed to have anything on the outside including flowers, kid items like small tables that were tucked out of site as well as decorative materials even after a rental increase of 100+ Owners do not care to update apartments already dwelled in, nor complete routine pest control when multiple tenants have seen rodents and insects, our smoke detector was 10 years expired which unfortunately was also fault of prior Landlord. Quiet complex, quick and easy application process, the office manager Jacklyn is a sweetheart and on top of everything. Maintenance response is quick and done properly. Love the assigned parking spaces!!!

I had written a quite extensive review that somehow disappeared from my phone, so here we go again. I'd like to start by pointing out how old the negative reviews are. A few of which I've regretfully encountered and dealt with myself during the 7 years I've resided here. But that was then and this is now. Fairly recently we've been blessed with new management (Jackie) and maintenance technicians (Laz & Greg). Jackie's warm and welcoming smile is guaranteed to make any/all of your office business a breeze, making it as stress-free as possible.Same can be said about those on the maintenance front too actually. Always smiling themselves, and genuinely wanting happiness for the tenants as well. Everyone is just so eager to help now. Which I feel has been the most visible change. Tenants needs

Pine Ridge is a great place to live! It is very well taken care of. Great community!

As a resident here since 2019 this property has seen its fair share of problems but finally with the help of the new property manager and amazing maintenance team this property is finally getting the TLC it needs. I wouldn’t recommend a better community to live in than pineridge. You definitely don’t have to worry about the people who reside here either. Everyone is friendly and respectful.
