Learned the hard way about selling your house and paying the other realtors fee. This lady tricked me and got away with 25k that I needed to pay lawyer fees back. She knew of my situation and still went for me paying the other agent not her. I had to learn somehow and this crooked lady had to be the one to teach me. Now I know, never let an agent ask you as a seller to pay the others fee. Always make your agent split it with them. I lost hard earned money as a disabled vet I can’t work. I’m on fixed income and this lady basically took advantage of my lack of knowledge. Never again Dahna. Enjoy my money
