Leyden Woods Apartments

This place is a joke.. The staff never help you and do not fix issues/altercations that occur in specific courts such as crime, drama, drug dealing, muggings etc. No one ever helps you when you need it. The maintenance almost never stops by when you file a work order in your apartment for whatever reason, only 1 guy at maintenance (the young guy) knows what he is doing, all the old guys don't know what they are doing. Heather Court is the definition of the Greenfield pits. Anyone with a brain that works would stay away from this distopia. The apartments are all newly renovated which you think would be a good thing but you thought wrong. The apartments have a million and 1 problems including them installing appliances that have been recalled by the companies that made then like the dishwash

The apartments are nice but honestly it’s ridiculous the amount of times Ive seen unleashed dogs in certain courts it is not safe… nothing is done about it.

I dont have any experiences but a question. Is this only low income? My husband and I both work fulltime. I dropped a friend off there and I think the grounds and apartments (outside) are beautiful and I was surprised it's so well maintained. The times I dropped her off I never saw people causing trouble or hanging around everywhere. Actually I saw one person playing basketball and that's about it. Anyway I wanted to ask about the only low income issue?

The remodeled apartments are awesome. But we have the same management so drama and drugs are still here.

I filed an application a few months ago and I am homeless living in a shelter.i was told I was number 103 now they tell me I'm 111. They told me other people take preference. I wanted a 1 bdrm. To me it don't matter if your homeless or in need or not. They only care bout how much money you make or receive not bout how bad you need a place to live.
