Extremely well done. Corrine is a great agent to work with. She was very insightful with suggestions to better market the property. Constantly in communication with me for showings, extensive knowledge when offers started to come in, explaining the process step by step. She was professional in dealing with myself, the tenants, buyer's agents and inspectors. If not for her marketing and availability for showings, I doubt the property would have sold as quickly as it did, for a price well above my expectations.
