Pine Ridge Apartments

refuses to fix the laundry room, leaves their parking lot to become thick with ice, doesn't clean off the sidewalk to make them accessible, we have to call a whole ambulance to get my grandma out in a wheelchair. one building flooded, management did nothing but let the carpet get moldy, still has done nothing to fix it. the ac is full of bugs, the roofs leak every time someone showers, and yet it costs a fortune to live here. someone shoots someone here every week, and every building reeks of weed. don't live here

This is a horrible place to live, every winter we would get black mold on the walls from leaks, people doing shady stuff and or landlord would trespass into apartment saying or cat was a dog. PLEASE DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!! just a side not I lived here from 2020-2021 AND IT HAS NOT CHANGED

my grandma's apartment flooded 3 times and they refused to repair crap. we had to get my dad to plow the area because the management does not care. every building smells horrible. if my grandma could afford to move, she would do it in a heartbeat.

stayed here for a while and found out this place has a bunch of problems. The management doesnt seem to care & is allowing all the shadyness to continue dispite all the complains from a large amount of tenents. They also were also harrasing toward getting my $1,600 deposit back & While i was out of town for a couple months, i turned off my breakers & found out that the management tresspassed into my place & used my electricity.

Please never consider this place. The management has no idea what thier doing. They had us fill out an application and say an apartment is gonna be ready but instead they constantly say there is still work to be done and they will call us back later. They never called back and wasted almost a month of my time. The place itself is not worth it. The area around the building is very shady and the outside/ inside is not taken care of.
