Lived here for over 3 years, and Lori in the leasing office is great at making sure to address issues promptly. Maintenance also was very responsive. Weekly cleaning of common areas, laundry room always cleaned as well. Plenty of parking spaces as well as street parking in front of the buildings in Lowell.

The property is maintained well and rent is reasonable. The maintenance team is good and resolve the issue as soon as possible. It has been great experience living at Pine Properties. One suggestion is that to put the cameras at the front side of the property. Recommended for affordable living.

This company is one of the best in the state of Massachusetts. All their houses beautiful and very affordable too. They have rapid response team when it comes to maintenance. " Pro max real estate company" !! I will recommend to anyone looking for beautiful and affordable place to live!!

I haven't been a tenant for long but the service has been excellent from Pine Properties. Ever since I signed my lease, they took me through everything step-by-step, they are very good at communicating and if i have a problem, they work really hard to solve it. My previous leasing company was, let's just say, very sketchy, unreliable (especially about fixing things) and did not communicate well. The rent is also very affordable here and just because it is affordable doesn't mean they don't take care of the properties well, like other tenants have mentioned. It's been great so far and I look forward to, hopefully, being a long term tenant for Pine Properties! :)

Pine properties is awesome. Its family owned, and they treat you as such. When things come up they work with you and whenever there is a maintenance issue, their usually there within an hour or so. Also, in my building, 399 Walker St. They have been awesome when it comes to the laundry room. When something goes wrong with one of the machines they fix it right away or for an example they have replaced and put in two brand new washers since I've been here. (Almost 2 years) They don't play, their on top of it. They also put in a new water heater or something and now there is never a problem with hot water. They even did an efficient up date on our electric. Saving us tenants a little money on our electric bill. And one other thing, our property is well taken care of and looks great. Our build
