Pine Bluff Apartments

Been living here 5 years and the new apt manager Dan is awesome. Really cares about the community and vehicle thefts have not happened as much since he came in. Previous manager was more of a weekend warrior and didn't really do much.

Stephen the apartment manager is so understandable about anything and everything that could possibly happen at an apartment/complex. He's awesome!!! Plus their great apartments for the price and location. I would recommend living there. You'll love it!!!

We resided at Pine Bluff (Spokane Valley) for many years. We recently purchased a home, and that's why we left. Our most recent experience -- since Stephen has been the manager -- had been positive. Stephen was always very attentive to our maintenance needs and also to noise complaints. He always worked with us. Driveways and sidewalks are maintained in wintery conditions, and summer grounds maintenance has been pretty good, too. We feel like these apartments are solidly well-built (built in the early '90's), unlike newer apartments built so cheaply nowadays. Also, the lay-out of the apartments are great. Also, in our experience Pine Bluff residents have always been pretty good. The only downside is that a new apartment complex has been built on the east side of Pine Bluff apartments which

I lived here, albeit for a short period of time, but with prior experience in property management, I move a lot and being very picky about cleanliness and managers/owners following the law, I think that Pine Bluff and their current property manager is excellent. The grounds are beautiful, treed and clean and the inside of my apartment was professionally cleaned and perfect. The move-in condition report was not pre-filled out (I dislike it when they do this) and the property manager was patient while we went through the processes of identifying any marks, stains, burns or other issues. He had the apartment painted and the carpet replaced due to heavy usage and everything that needed fixed was fixed.
