I’m writing this on behalf of my father, who lives in a Pina Realty building in Medford. The experience has been outstanding from day one. The property is always clean, everything is handled quickly, and you never feel ignored or brushed off. Marisa, the owner, deserves real praise. She’s kind, attentive, and communicates clearly. Truly top-tier landlords.

DO NOT RENT! 320 Salem street i get out of work late and sometimes have to come back early someone took my car space i called the 24hr line she said what do you want me to do it 11 pm ( uhm call the towing ?) so i said should i expect for people can just take my spot? me getting out late from work dealing with this?? YES ITS 11 o'clock and i am here waiting for my own parking space!!! she said ill deal with it tomorrow! this is worse than not answering my call pretty useless! AC HAVE A LEAK THAT WE CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES ABOUT STILL NOT FIX AND TUB COULDN'T EVEN KEEP THE WATER. Marissa thanks for not doing anything.

They manage the property very well. I have my own parking spot and there is someone who clears the parking lot of snow. I am very appreciative of how fast they are able to come by and address certain problems.

Landlords very responsive. All I ever need to do is send a text and issue is usually handled in 24hrs.
