Do not use them as your property managers! Do not rent anything they have listed. You will regret it. I rented a house through them for 8 years never missing a payment taking care of the house my self whenever something needed to be taken care of as if it was my own! They are harassing us took our deposit and now are demanding more! After 8 years and never having any issues. They will try to squeeze any little bit of money out of you. Please don’t do it to yourself. The house was very well taken care of and they don’t appreciate any of that and will charge you more than you deserve. We kept this house for so long because it’s right next door to my in laws which was what we needed during those years. Please find another rental company. They’re rude and never answer questions if you have any

I have worked with Diane Stinson and her staff at Pierce Property Management for over 4+ years. They handled everything and kept our tenants well taken care of. We appreciate their services.

I have had Pierce Property Management handle my 8 rental units for the last 12+ years and have been extremely satisfied in all aspects of their work. I had previously tried another management company in the area and left them because they didn’t meet my expectations. I am extremely thrilled with Diane and Cindy, who I mostly deal with in recent years and would not consider anyone else. I find them both polite, professional and responsive. They have my best interest at heart. In the past there had been a couple of less than outstanding property managers with Pierce, but thankfully they were eventually replaced. In My opinion I can’t find a better team than Pierce Property Management.

would put zero stars if I could. absolutely the WORST rental agency in the area. late fees are ridiculous, if you mess up a payment on their online portal, you have to pay w a cashier check every month because you get permanently kicked off the online portal. even if you drop off a check on the 1st, they charge you a late fee for " processing ". rented w them for over 6 years, maintenance requests seldom get answered. expect to have regular unexplainable increases in rent prices with no type of lease renewal. I was served a 30 day notice after 6 years of paying rent on time. after several phone calls, in person office visits, I was never given a reason for the notice. My in-laws had 2 residential properties in Prescott Valley for over 15 years which have just been sold. Throughout the entire 15 years of management assistance, Pierce has been fantastic in every way from handling income, paying expenses, monitoring maintenance issues, and arranging for getting the maintenance issues repaired. And, when recently selling the properties, Pierce was invaluable in coordinating all of the things needing to be done before the close of escrow like transferring rental contracts to the new owner, helping cancel property owner utilities agreements, coordinating the things discovered upon inspection, and handling the final bills to fully close out the properties.
