Renters beware! The $300 “holding deposit” is non-refundable! They won’t consider your application without it and they won’t give it back. This was not made clear and for a reason. Unless you are absolutely sure Picerne is the only place you’re waiting to hear from steer clear of this money grabbing company. If “0” was a choice that’s what they would get! They are just another corporate slum lord, they do not care and it shows! Thank you for making an already stressful situation of moving even worse and setting me back with your refusal to refund the $300.00. I was told it was refundable with in 72 hours then you say “sorry, it’s actually 24 hours.” You didn’t even start my application within 24 hours. Despicable company.

Just another corporate entity that doesn’t actually care about you or the quality of your home. Look elsewhere when renting in RI. My apartment is on a waitlist and I can’t move out without paying an exuberant amount to break the lease. If you’re on a waitlist here, chances are your room is available but they’re squeezing the current occupant for as much dough as possible.

Tried to discuss breaking my lease 10 months in with them…wasn’t helpful at all…only gave me 30 days to pay 2 months of rent and went right to collections can’t even get an apartment anywhere else….homeless. Thank you Pierne for caring about profit over renters. Staff at oasis at plainville are a complete waste of time too…they said I could do a payment plan but was eager to give it right over to collections.

DON'T MOVE HERE!!!!! If I could give a "0" I would!!! Bayside Country Club is the last place you want to live!!! It is impossible to get through to the office, no one ever answers the phone. The common areas ( stairways, halls, etc.) are filthy! I would love to introduce the cleaning/ maintenance crew to a vacuum because I don't know when the last time the common areas were vacuumed or dusted, the spiderwebs are taking over, the dust on the windowsills is gross! THIS PLACE CANNOT BE THE BEST WARWICK HAS TO OFFER!!!!!!! Look else where!!!!

The 60.00 a month rent increase 2021 at Bayside is outrageous. The rent increased quite a bit each year since I moved in but this amount is truly excessive. It's as if they are trying to get us to move out. OMG not only increasing the rent 60.00 dollars a month. They are requiring rent insurance at a minimum of 16.00 dollar a month
