I hired PIC to manage a property in Petersburg VA. They ended up having to evict the tenant they picked in just 6 months, not great, but it does happen. What I'm not happy about is of course I'm owed a few thousand dollars, while PIC took all of thier fees, collected late fees, and made themselves whole while I am left holding all of the balance and they are owed zero. To top it all off, the lawyer that they charged me $400 ish for didnt even get a judgement, so I have no recourse to collect my funds. amateurs.

PIC Properties managed my rental property during the past year and it was a great experience. They were professional in all aspects and responded quickly to questions and home needs. Terrible company. Took $225 from my family and I. We went and saw the house then applied for rental. They took the house off the market the next day and never communicated with us afterwards. No emails, no letters in the mail, and no phone calls. My family and I are about to be homeless now because of how these fools acted towards potential clients. We have never missed payments in our old rental home for 17 years straight, but they care not of landlord referrals. Just take your money and run.

Me and my partner applied to a listing on this company's website with the intention of moving ASAP for a job (we are on a strict timeline and must be moved in a month) and we were not informed of our rejection until we reached out through email 5 days later. We would not have been contacted back if I didn't notice the listing was taken down just a couple days after applying. We were also told we'd receive a letter of rejection through mail and that never came. The reason (according to the reply we got from an email I sent asking about our application status) for our rejection was our credit scores were too low--which I don't buy because my credit score is 752 and my partner's is also in the 700s.
