Five Stars all the way, & if it would’ve allowed me to add more, I absolutely would’ve. Hank Cosby deserves nothing less than five stars for, oh, so many reasons. This gentleman is one of the most down-to-earth, caring, hardworking, and respectful men, I believe, I have ever met. This man made, what seemed to be impossible, happen. Hank Cosby is the reason my family and I have a gorgeous roof over our heads. He was very understanding of our situation and worked with us to obtain our rental. Hank is unbelievably dedicated and hard working! Even when obstacles arose, he never gave up. He was a man of many solutions and, genuinely, wanted my family to be successful. Hank helped me with the management of my home when it was a rental property and then he assisted me with the sale of the home. He handled the management well and took care of any issues with the tenant and repairs. When it was time for me to sell it, he coordinated with a good network of helpers to prepare it for the market. We sold it in a short time and it was a smooth closing. His help was important to me and he gave me great advice. He had great knowledge of the market. I was very pleased.
