Phoenix Apartments

I've tried twice to go there to apply for an apartment and no one answers the door. Also you call the number and it's out of service. No good on there end for business.

a scam. told us they had renovated units open once we got approved they told us those ones where gone and showed us a trashed apartment. claimed they would renovate it. that was a lie. seems like staff doesn’t communicate and no one has a clue what’s going on. truly disappointing and a money grab.

(Update) big fix and renovation all around I'm 100% certain that there is a new landlord and management now and everything has been fixed since the past but everything has now has been fixed the only thing I could or possibly say is the neighbors or the sound score here cause ur still next to the firestation and a main highway other then this I'm certain that you will be fine and stay to yourself and pay rent here etc. (Old) no landlord no maintenance no nothing here you can't lease here it's out of date and building code and safety code some people are complaining big time (Very Old)There 1 bedroom is very clean and it has a lot of room perfect for couples and they have everything you need and etc. Besides a few things witch isn't too much of a bother but it's understandable though. The place is disgusting. The new owners leave it a mess. The contractors they hired to renovate left garbage all outside the dumpsters such as cabinets, toilets, rugs etc. they spilled paint all on the ground. The laundry room is not cleaned half the machines don’t work. Then the bins for the dog poop never get cleaned and are overflowing outside. It’s nasty!

Friend living there apartment above him had a pipe burst. Raining down into his kitchen. No word from manager or from Maintenance. He had to. Have a building inspector send the a letter. Today is day 10 getting lawyer involved now
