Perry Homes - Lariat 45'

When I purchased my lot / home I had another Perry Homes associate that represented the seller. Had a number of issues with her knowledge and expertise. She left and Aimee became the representative. She was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, always responsive. I highly recommend working with Aimee and after living in my previous home for 45 years, I'm loving my Perry Home.

A few years ago, I toured some Perry model homes and fell in love with the floor plans, finishes, color schemes, and especially the expansive windows that are hard to find these days. I always wished to own one, and now it’s finally happened! I bought an inventory home, and the experience has been fantastic. Special shout-out to Aaron Pearson, the Perry sales rep I worked with. He is excellent, always responsive and ensured everything promised was delivered. The experience of getting the inspection items addressed and the demonstration process with Tim and Taylor has also been excellent. So far, it’s been a great experience, and I hope it continues that way!

My family bought our home from Perry this fall and I couldn't be more satisfied with the process. As someone with prior experience in the homebuilding industry as a construction manager, I was impressed greatly by the quality of the home, all of our concerns with the home were properly addressed, and the construction team was phenomenal. Our sales coordinator Aaron was stellar as well, he was able to address and educate us on the details that can be daunting in the homebuying process for first time buyers. I cannot recommend the team at Perry in Lariat enough, we are so pleased and fortunate to have purchased our first home through this builder.

Perry Homes is an excellent home builder, particularly the sales counselor Casey Hogg at The Lariat in Liberty Hill, he's extremely informative, & knows his home product. His friendly way of sharing his knowledge and listening to your home needs make him an outstanding person to seek your next New Perry Home. I'll certainly tell my friends!
