They cover up that this place is a complete scam by providing the most overly friendly customer service skills. They do not care about you whatsoever, and they make that clear- while simultaneously using the friendliest tone and demeanor to almost the point of excitement. It is NOT. WHITE. GLOVE. CLEAN. I repeat: NOT “WHITE GLOVE” CLEAN. Out of the places I have rented, this is by far the biggest rip off in every way, and blatant false advertising. Pool was out of commission for half the summer. Extremely lackluster and a complete let down. They’ll squeeze out as much money as they can from you, just because they can. And good luck getting ahold of the property manager. I’ve lived here for 2 years and to be honest the biggest issue is the issue of not working with tenants. I have a perfuse leaking ceiling in my bathroom 3 times over before it was actually fixed. One of those times mind you it wasn’t fixed and was ongoing for 3 months and multiple calls placed addressing this issue. There’s always a pleasant tone, but all they really do is customer service 101 “identify with customer” and then actually nothing is done. I have my girlfriend getting surgery today and couldn’t take out rent until today since I had work off. Mind you the first was Sunday and they charged me a late fee and refused to work with me. I like the area and the price for where you live is fine, but they are awful towards their tenants.

I like living here, for the best part it's quiet. My kids enjoy the pool. Only negative parts is they are known a lot for raising the rent every year even though the apartments are already expensive enough. I locked mine in for two years so I'm not looking forward to next year, it would be a shame to have to move because of rent hikes. And parking sucks you have to park other side of complex half the time.

My husband and I lived in Perry Hills for the past year. We loved our first apartment, it was everything we needed it to be. The apartments are roomy. They are a bit dated, though we didn't care much about the appearance because we knew it wasn't going to be our permanent home. The complex is safe and quiet, and we really enjoyed the pool. Also, one of the biggest perks for us was that it was a pet-friendly apartment.

This place is absolutely TERRIBLE!! We signed a lease for a year, and when we first moved in it was in october 2011 so it was freezing out. The heater did not work so we called them and they sent someone out and Thought they fixed it. Little did we know they did not.So we had no heat for about a month. Soon after that the plumbing was leaking in the kitchen and they took their time to come and fix that also. The staff there are so rude you cannot stand to talk to them. When we moved out we thought everything was fine, but a couple months pass by and a debt collector ends up calling me saying we owed perry hills colony $800 and something for damages and so-forth. This really ticked me off because we left that place fine, except we hung a wall mount on the wall and some paint chipped off so
