Compsny.does Not do yearly maintenance or furnace checks. Been here 3 years and they have yet to check: furnace, water heater, anything! I complained about sprinklers leaking and was told it was the way lawn was graded by sprinkler guys! (Request kept getting canceled as no leak by Company!) Water isn’t drinkable, was told that plumbing is on closed system and stale water pools where I live! Yuck, no wonder it stinks!
