Things are turning around with the new landlord! Still have issues with some people from corporate. The new landlord is working on getting drugs off the property and has made it a friendly environment that's safe for kids! It's almost always clean except when parents don't make there kids pick up but working progress. The new maintenance has been extremely helpful and amazing at getting things done in a timely manner! Our kids love him and our dog likes him which is a good sign for us givin past experiences with prior maintenance. I've been here almost 7yrs and it's finally starting to look and be better! Hopefully it keeps going this way!!!!

I have lived here for about 6 years, and the complex was good for awhile, but due to gaps in management or (unprofessional managers) and the high turn over of maintenance people, it has become a dumpsterfire. They let in all types of unsavory people who bring in even more unsavory foot traffic. Management picks and chooses who has to follow which rules, and if you complain they look for reasons to evict you. The corporate people who run the place are a joke and look for any way they can skimp to line their own pockets. Several building have major structural issues, electrical or plumbing issues as well as pests (like roaches and mice). Management seems to profile people, once they decide you're a problem, you're a problem. Will inspect your home and say everything looks great, then inform you that you have a lease violation the next day. The landlord has changed multiple times but nothing ever seems to change. One official maintenance guy that never seems to stay the same for long, one supposedly quit because the apartments had no money and he wasn't getting paid, another was supposedly fired when a small amount of drugs were found in the locked tool shed only he and management had access to. Others left for reasons I have not heard. Was recently told there was a tenant that has been asking for a copy of the lease agreement and has yet to get it, seemingly being ignored. 0 stars. No maintenance people, only people needing a quick buck in their pocket. The landlord gives more than 10 violations to people who disturb others or doesn't follow property rules and still haven't been kicked out. Landlord will shrug off any complaints or requests you have, like something needing to be fixed. Drug addicts living here, while the landlord knows they do and doesn't care. Never rent from here.

Worst place to live in town. First day moving in got 4 lease violations for being to loud parking in the wrong parking spot to unload our furniture. They come in to do inspections of your house keeping manors. The apartment manager is a "female dog" that thinks everyone is smoking cigarettes or pot in there apartment.
