I STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING them. We were scheduled for a tour and during that time (a week before the tour day) there was zero communication. I and my boyfriend showed up to the house we were supposed to tour and waited 20 minutes past the time. When we reached out VIA text we got a response and the only thing that was said was that no one was available and their office was closed for four days after our tour day.We even called their office before the tour with no answer. Best part, the tour time was set for their closing time. They still haven't contacted us and when we showed up to their office they acted like they didn't know anything. Robert is a fair and honest landlord. He is respectful of my time and my husband and I always had positive interactions when we rented with him. We always felt at ease asking for help and our problems were resolved quickly and efficiently on the rare occasion that something stopped working. If I ever move back to the area I would consider renting from Robert again

Robert Alan Property Management is hands down the best ever! I never had an issue that they couldn't fix in a reasonable amount of time. Robert isnt just a professional hes also a joy every time I interact with him. Hands down the best place I've ever lived.

I was a little nervouse to deal with them due to reviews. But I am glad I went with my gut! They are respectful, professional and attentive. Were on time with maintenance as long as stuff was not back ordered which nothing we can do about that but wait. But they were good at communicating. And the price is very fair.

Robert is one of the best landlords that I have had the pleasure of knowing. He made he sure that things were fixed promptly and on time. He made living here a good experience which is more than I can say for most landlords.
