South Hill Commons Apartments

Update : have been through 5 managers since we lived here but the most recent manager is, I feel honestly trying to clean this up around here. But can at times be hard to reach. But the back side of the apartments have a lot of traffic day and night thankfully I live on the quiet side in front , the kids from the back side are off the chain riding mini dirt bikes all over and they come to the side I live on and tare everything up like the plants and signs.

Our smoke detectors have been going off and every 3 to 4 hours or less and waking up my whole family at really late hours of the night we told maintenance and they gave us batteries, so we changed them but still happening we were told to write a letter and fill out a form and give to management to give to maintenance but the management is never in the office at all nor on the property at all ever ! once in a blue moon and not for very long if you can catch them at all this has been going on for almost a month now and management like always is not around and unreachable ! Our neighbors here we have a to make a police report on cause we asked them to be quite cause they were yelling at night and we had baby's sleeping the neighbor went back into there home and got a gun this place is not sa

I was one of the first people to move into a one bedroom and i love my apartment its very nice. however there are a lot of neighbors who have traffic at all hours of the night and day, and I've found drug paraphernalia in the parking lot as well. people not picking up after their dogs poop and also not smoking in designated areas and leaving trash and cigarette butts everywhere. I am very disappointed in how some people are treating this place because it is very nice and affordable and people are treating it like garbage.

Lived here for a few months so far and I’ve gotta say it’s one of the nicest apartments I have lived in. Neighbors are quiet and the 3 bedrooms come with washer and dryer pre-installed. The doorways are a little bigger than most places so that makes moving in a lot easier!

Quiet , and not far from anything down town! Brand new and affordable!
