Blue Mountain Village Apartment

I’ve never lived here, but I know people who have or do and I guess it’s an OK area to live in, but I wouldn’t recommend living there forever lol

I am hopefully about to be a tenant there and let me just say the on-site manager has made the whole process not only painless but completely stress-free he has taken care of every single thing from paperwork to phone calls to appointments even trying to make it happen as fast as possible. I cannot express how grateful I am. The manager also goes out of his way to keep me updated as every step progresses and is so quick at responding to phone calls texts or emails. The unit itself is newly remodeled with fresh carpet new appliances. There's even tons of grassy areas for me to play with the kids with lots of trees and shade.

You really don't want to know what I think of this place or the on-site management! The person responding to these reviews is NOT the owner, it's the manager. Management also has a tendency to ask tenants they think they are friends with to write good reviews for the place to try to get better classes of people as tenants in there. They asked me to write one so I did, then they stabbed me in the back so I changed my review. Shady is as shady does, don't believe all the "awesome" reviews you read here, one of them was written by her son!!

Management is fantastic, never had any problems and they are always very helpful! The one bedroom apartment was perfect for my boyfriend and I. The utilities, except for electricity, is included in rent which is AMAZING. Apartments are in a great location, with a low rent, and more up to date than most others in Pendleton. The neighbors are quiet for the most par. There is also a laundry area on site!

The owners buy new cars frequently, take up all the parking spaces up front. They stopped watering the lawn over a year ago, it’s just dead brown grass and bare dirt now. The place was once quant but now it’s just small and unkept. There is nearly zero water pressure, it just dribbles out of the faucets and shower. The owners are rude and don’t do any repairs. Much better places can be found for the same price or cheaper in Pendleton. Also they raise the rent every year while they let the place fall apart.
