The place is pretty much in need of a whole lot of upgrades. I didn't notice a hangout place for the people to go to. Doesn't look good for people to hang out in front of the office of business. Now, like I said, I didn't notice a place. I believe the hallway(s) should be pristine they are your inviting points, and selling made easy for perspective tentents. So, if i were looking at this time, it wouldn't be this place. The apartment i stayed in was very, very cold. Put plastic up to the windows in the winter or some type of insulation, Bedroom. Cold, living room cold. How often do you change your filters? Please, please check for mold. I know dust when I see it, I do realize there are different types of mold. I understand it's up to the tentent to let you know what's needed. I'm going way

Been living here for 8 years now and so far it's okay but no one seems to follow house rules which is included in your lease.
