I have been renting through them since September. I wish i wouldve kept looking. The ceiling has caved in 1x in each room and they just patch it and leave. Never come and paint them or fix the patches. Heat doesnt work right now. I will be calling code enforcement due to the living circumstances I am dealing with. Stove doesnt work either and they refuse to fix or replace things. DO NOT RENT THROUGH THESE PEOPLE! TERRIBLE
Call code enforcement and file a report. Then you all can take them to small claims court. The way they respond to people is unamerican and violates the housing codes. FILE a complaint to hud housing...under the fair housing act for Hoosiers. I hope this helps everyone.
Good locations for the homes they have,but it takes a while for the maintenance people to make repairs.
Worst place to ever go through They dont wanna show the houses there always busy .... and when I thought I was getting the house someone else is about to move in Just very Bad Business
