They deserve no stars, the apartment is constantly being filled with lint the master room has no air conditioning/heat we have reached out multiple times the management wants to up the monthly payment but doesn’t want to ensure a safe and healthy living space. The upstairs apartment is constantly throwing party’s it reeks of things that are illegal my girlfriend lives here I do not and would not if it was the last thing offered the apartment she lives in is disturbing and they can’t keep a maintenance guy hired on for long periods of time it’s pitiful to overcharge I believe that should worry more about the tenants and the apartments being up to code then the rent it’s ridiculous my review would be a -5 stars if I could select it

I love this place the apartments are very nice and the area is well taking care of. To the people who say this area seems "predatory" I honestly don't know what's going on in your brain but how are you going to sit here and call a place you don't even live in or have nothing to do with "predatory." They do allow dogs as long as their services animals or have the service dog papers.Also they place you in an apartment based off of how many people you have and your rent can be around 880-1200 based off of your income. The people here are very nice ! I love it here.

This place seems really predatory. I called to ask if they allow pets (they do not which is garbage) and they proceeded to call me THE NEXT DAY from a blocked number saying my name was on a wait list. 1. I never signed up for anything and 2. I do not wish to be harassed for simply asking one question anonymously. I bet this place is a real joy to give your entire paycheck to. And I’m guessing it’s constructed with the souls of children and cheap ikea style paperboard.

We have a new property management company and a new maintenance man . It’s going to take time but things are getting a lot better . I love my apartment and I am happy here.

Very shady and the income based rent they offered me was 50% of my monthly income!!! Ridiculous, really!!
