Pavilions at Deer Chase Apartments

Me and my husband have been living in this apartment complex for the last 5 years and absolutely love everything here . The people are kind and maintenance is always on point . The fees are reasonable for the area and we are very pleased. The beach is about 17 min away . Beautiful scenery of a lake as well. Super friendly wild life that mainly include ducks and iguanas with some squirrels and lots of cute birds .

After several months of searching for the right place to move to a different city, we finally found Pavilion at Deer Chase. Two weeks ago, we were nervous about moving ,but once we scheduled a tour, everything changed. Shaunte Moore was absolutely wonderful extremely friendly, welcoming, patient, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to answer every question and truly made us feel comfortable and excited about our decision. We applied the same day and were approved the next day. The process was fast and seamless. Khrissy, the office manager, was outstanding—very professional, attentive, detail-oriented, and incredibly kind. Absolutely the best place I’ve lived in this area! I’ve moved around a few times and this community truly stands out. It’s peaceful, safe, and everyone is genuinely friendly. The maintenance team is incredibly responsive. José is amazing, super knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to explain what’s going on. If something isn’t fixed immediately, it’s handled within a day or two. You can tell he really cares. Highly recommend!

I’ve truly loved living here. It has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. A big reason for that is the people who work here. They are always attentive and ready to help whenever needed. Mr. Jose Lindley is one of those exceptional individuals who has helped me during times of need. His kindness and genuine willingness to help truly deserve recognition.

I’ve lived in several apartments over the years, but none have come close to my experience at Pavillions. The community is always spotless, peaceful, and well taken care of. Maintenance is outstanding—our AC stopped working on a Sunday night, and they came out quickly and fixed it without any hassle. I also appreciate that they offer Flex payment options, which makes things much easier. The location is another big plus: just minutes from Boca Raton and surrounded by great stores like Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and multiple supermarkets. We’ve renewed our lease several times, and the rent increases have always been minimal. In fact, one year they even let us renew at the exact same rate. Overall, Pavillions has been one of the best and most reliable places we’ve ever lived.
