Overall pleasant experience. Erik showed us a listing we requested to see and was pretty chill. Responded fairly quick, kept us updated, got all our questions answered, had no issues. He even left church early to show us the same place twice right before signing. Went to their office to finalize things, Miriam was both friendly and professional. Would genuinely reccomend, good people.

They are rude, unprofessional, unaccountable, and frequent “miscommunications.” Don’t bother reaching out to Miriam Gold. The misbehavior of her staff is not a concern to her. These people care about what’s best for them and nothing else and that’s now what you want in the person you’re relying on to help you through the renting or buying process.
