Short version- I now work with Christy Lontine with Superior Property Management. She is AMAZING and I highly recommend her and her team! Long version- We worked with this “company” and specifically with Kristopher “Kip” Aaron. For several years, we thought that they were honest and helpful until we actually remodeled a home. He wanted to find all the workers and was just going to give us invoices. Once I started looking at the invoices, I found that they were all created by him and he refused to give us actual receipts, or invoices that came straight from the companies. We weren’t even able to get names/phone numbers of some of the people who did the work, or who he said did the work. From the ones I was able to contact, I saw that he inflated the prices and (I can only assume) he pocket

Giving this company a star is way too much credit. There has been so many pros and cons, sadly cons out weigh the pros. Kip is very nice we have never had any problems with him. Shauna on the other hand is a nightmare to deal with. She will repeatedly text us and when she doesn’t get her way, Shauna will bully you. She is very unprofessional in her messages, argumentative and when you speak to her at the office. Even in the responses in the reviews she is unprofessional. I have no idea how someone as unprofessional is working with people. Even when you walk into Patty Bennett you are instantly hit with the overwhelming smell of cigarettes, they smoke inside the building! I've rented from them for almost 2 years and have had a positive experience overall. The apartment was very clean and well maintained when I moved in. The owner of the apartment complex is very personable and great to work with. I've only had 1 maintenance issue, which was a dishwasher leak and a new dishwasher was installed within 24 hours. Utilities are included in the cost of the rent and rent is reasonably priced compared to other rentals in the area. The apartment I'm in now is in a great neighborhood near great schools for my children and is the nicest apartment I've lived in. They are also great about shoveling all walkways around the apartment complex.

I really would vote zero stars if I really could. The woman who runs this business is not professional by any means. They are incredibly unresponsive and will never return calls unless you bug the heck out of them. I've left constant messages to the office only to have to call back again because she either ignores my messages or doesn't care enough about the job to be a good worker. This is absolutely the worst realtor I have ever dealt with. Even the application process took almost a week to complete when she had promised it be done in 24 hours. They lack communication in every aspect and they obviously have no idea what they're doing because it takes at least 3 weeks to get any information about application processes and deposits. I do not recommend this location. She will ignore

I live in a group of townhomes who pays a monthly HOA fee to Patty Bennett Reality. My experience with them has not been great. They are supposed to come and mow the lawns and side areas. But maybe get around to doing it once or twice a year. I can tell you our perfectly fine roof gets redone every 3 years though. I've never seen roofs replaced so frequently. I guess that's where our money is being wasted. The sprinkler system doesn't work and that hasn't been touched, we desparately need siding and windows to be redone. But hey, at least our roof keeps getting redone. There's something. Thanks a lot for taking my money.
