I needed to secure a place during a transition, and Dan Gecaj helped me do all that. He has been polite, and shown great communication on questions I have had and is very attentive to things I have brought up. Two very minor issues prior to moving in were resolved very quickly, thanks to his help. I personally have very low expectations about moving into a communal space, people tend to disappoint when in close proximity to each other. Regardless, I have found that my experience thus far has greatly exceeded my expectations. The apartment was cleaned, freshly painted, and the appliances are updated and in working order. View Living is the 4th management we have had in 5 years. All issues get closed on the tenant app without fixing them, refuse to answer the phone, calls or emails, they do not open the office door despite the "we're open" sign. Water leaks into the window because they don’t clean the gutters. The paint chips off of the walls because apparently you are only meant to stay for a year to slap on another coat of paint for the next tenant. Having a newborn baby, pieces of paint chip off of the wall into the crib. Beware.

I would give zero stars if I could. The rent is unreasonably high considering the poor quality of life here. Our heat did not work all winter, which is illegal. The hot water barely worked. No one ever answers the emergency phone, the office phone, or responds to emails. There was a hoarder living across the hall with dead animals and years worth of garbage. Once that was finally cleaned out, the hallway was left in a disgusting state, and of course, no one came to clean. I strongly advise against moving here unless you’re prepared to deal with absent management and are willing to fix everything on your own without reimbursement.

I happened to notice the leasing sign while passing by and decided to stop in to inquire about the available units. Although my current lease doesn't end until May, I wasn't sure if they'd be able to accommodate me, but I was pleasantly surprised. Dardan was incredibly helpful and took the time to answer all of my questions. He showed me a couple of units at Patricia and even took me over to their other location. His professionalism and attention to detail made the experience truly enjoyable. This will definitely be one of the top places I consider when my move-in date gets closer. Highly recommend!
