He was an expert in identifying resources I needed to sell my sisters’s home from my home in North Carolina. Joe was straightforward and honest and so I trusted him implicitly. Both Joe and Jessica Diaz were a pleasure to work with, they followed through on everything they said they would do, they were cheerfully responsive to every question and phone call, and very skilled in preparing the house for sale and staging it. If I could give Joe and Jessica a 10/10 I would. They are exceptional. The best I have ever worked with.

He was able to find us properties that matched exactly what we were looking for, and was able to set up showings that met our schedules.
