OMG false advertising. The add on Zillow was all new wood floora.2 sliding Glass beautiful door in a living room and dinning room.stone baloney beautiful and bedrock. It said 1005 square feet that's 1 thousand and 5 square feet went around October 10th 2025.A property manager showed me and my realiter.it was no more then 700 square feet and floors are dark one living room and no dinning room Balcony all millow.I asked if there are any Roach's he said yes in back yard a mess the hot water heater dirty on top noise in hallway next door so loud.and pay you're own heat Next to save alot peekskill NY 10566.Zillow don't use.I emailed them no reply

The living conditions at this apartment complex is very wonderful . With just a few minor issues. Things that needs to be addressed with urgency. There is 2 huge garbage dispo6at the back of my building which needs to be properly maintained. Whenever the open top container is full There is always piles of garbage dumped in the back which looks very horrible and not welcoming visitors because its ugly and disgusting. I have asked the office on numerous occasions to assess this issue. The good thing about this apartment complex is that: 1. The buildings are always clean. 2. Maintenance act with sincere urgency when called. 3. Appartnents are specious and well maintained. 4. The neighborhood is safe and friendly and peaceful and calm. 5. I would recommend this apparent complex to anyon

This place has an ongoing mold problem that they don't care to address. The maitence man mentioned that was the reason the tenant before me left. (November) A week ago, I’m doing deep cleaning in my bedroom and I discovered mold in the corner where my TWO y/o bed is. I called Maria(leasing office- who also handles maintenance) she said she’d send someone right over. Still waiting... I've called 3 times, left voicemails & nothing. I shouldnt have to keep applying mold removing products throughout my house. There has to be a bigger issue behind the walls or flooring. As you can see in my pictures. I have NEVER had an ongoing issue like this ANYWHERE i lived. Oh and the heat bill- expect to pay $400 - 500 a month in the winter. Whoever are leaving these positive reviews HAVE to be FRIENDS

Apartment was not too bad but the hallways need work

Everyone is extremely respectful and kind. Questions are always answered quickly and any concerns are resolved on the spot. I cannot express enough how happy I am that my application was approved, and that I am presently living there. The entire complex is peaceful, quiet, and the neighbors are the best. The apartments are in mint condition. Everything is close by as well.
